Marketing Cloud Administrator -

We are seeking a Marketing Cloud Administrator with expertise in Journey Builder and MobileConnect to help design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted customer engagement strategies, leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage marketing journeys and automation workflows in Journey Builder to enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop multi-channel campaigns using MobileConnect (SMS, MMS, push notifications) to reach audiences effectively.
  • Use AMPscript for personalized content and dynamic messaging.
  • Configure Data Extensions, Automation Studio, and Content Builder to ensure accurate segmentation and campaign execution.
  • Implement and manage MobileConnect keywords, shortcodes, and subscription processes for compliance and user preferences.
  • Analyze campaign performance through A/B testing and reporting, optimizing strategies for better engagement and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Marketing Cloud with other platforms and data sources.
  • Provide training and guidance to marketing teams on best practices for Journey Builder and MobileConnect.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, platform enhancements, and data privacy regulations to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related field, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications such as Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in higher education and a strong background in Salesforce implementation, customization, and solutioning.

Key Responsibilities:
