    Blue Cross Blue Shield needs up to 6 Salesforce Developers in their 5 locations in the US. Notes from the call and the Job Description is below! The max salary is at $105K but they do offer up to a 20% yearly bonus.

Will be in office post COVID - might be able to work from home 2x a week but not 100% on this as they might be changing their model so this is not set. Core hours at 9-3 that they have to be in the office.
    • Salary: $100-105K (might consider higher salary)
    • Bonus: Meet expectations of 6.7% but up to 10% if they go above and beyond
    • Offer 401K and pension plan
    • 15 days of PTO they need to accrue + 3 extra they don't need to accrue + closed 8x a year for holidays
    • Promotions: eligible for a promotion after 1 year if they do well and exceed expectations

    A client is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join their growing company. The Salesforce developer will be responsible for building and customizing new functionality on the salesforce.com platform.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience. They must have excellent technical and functional skills to be able to interact with clients seamlessly. Must be able to Collaborate with Business Operations and CRM to analyze requirements of business and transform them into technical solutions. A background at a Salesforce Partner is ideal.

    Responsibilities:
    • Design, prototype, and build solutions for the Salesforce CRM to meet business needs including integrations and customizations
    • Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation for design specs
    • Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverages the Salesforce platform


    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience on the Salesforce platform
    • SFDC Admin and Developer Certifications preferred
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

    A client of ours is seeking to add a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with specific focus on Salesforce CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud). The client is a leader in workforce solutions for businesses. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Quote-to-Cash processes and the Salesforce platform. The business analyst must balance strong written and verbal communication skills will system expertise and best practices.

    Responsibilities:
    • Support existing Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions (and related applications): supporting production and trouble-shooting any issues
      Build and maintain relationships stakeholders, analyzing and understanding business requirements, business processes, functional requirements, cross-functional needs and system capabilities
      * Implement and Design Salesforce solutions based on Salesforce best practices
      * Collaborate regularly with team of Business analysts, technical leads, and developers to improve systems


    Requirements:
    • 3+ years' experience in Business Analysis
    • 2+ Years in Salesforce and Quote-to-Cash Technologies(CPQ)
    • Salesforce Admin(201) Certification; more preferred (advanced admin, CPQ specialist)
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders

    The Role
