    Les missions :
    • Animer les workshop avec les clients
    • Recueillir les besoins et identifier les enjeux des clients autour de la solution
    • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques
    • Paramétrer la solution Salesforce (Sales et Service)
    • Etre garant du respect des bonnes pratiques
    • Former les équipes aux nouvelles fonctionnalités
    • Accompagner et guider les clients dans leur transformation digitale

    Description du profil souhaité :
    • 2 à 5 ans réussis sur Salesforce
    • Expérience multi-projets au sein d'une ESN, cabinet ou agence
    • Maîtrise des cores modules de la solution
    • Capacité à faire du paramétrage avancé (Flow, WorkFlow, Process Builder, Approval Process... etc)
    • Etre à l'aise dans l'animation de workshop
    • Bon anglais
    • Certifications Salesforce seraient un plus
    • Soft skills : aisance relationelle, bon esprit d'initiative, capacité d'écoute

    The organisation is a large scale business with multiple brands and a huge global presence. As the CRM Manager, you will be managing with a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experts to execute campaigns as well as helping to build a Marketing Automation strategy to suit the business's needs.



    As the CRM Manager, a large part of your role will be to oversee a team of CRM Marketing Executives as well as using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform on a day to day basis for executing campaigns as well as speaking with stakeholders to help with troubleshooting issues in the system. Another key part of your role will be to work closely with the Head Of Department to create a Marketing Automation strategy and deliver requirements to the in house highly experienced team of Marketing Cloud technical experts as well as the Salesforce partner.

    Role:

    Proactively lead the day-to-day management of the Marketing Engagement Team (across two geographies), including workload distribution, individual development & mentoring, and team building. Apply best practices to meet the unique needs of our different internal clients, business priorities, and campaign objectives. Advocate the importance of marketing automation and CRM within the firm and how it can help build brand awareness and the firm's reputation, enhancing client and account relationships. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their campaigns, map out bespoke content journeys (alongside Marcomms Strategy team) and advise on the most effective course of action to deliver progressive marketing campaigns. Drive collaboration across Clients & Industries, developing and sharing best practices to enhance processes and support new regulations. The successful candidate should support team members to do the same through leading by example. Monitor, analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and embed a culture of agile change with campaign owners to enhance engagement with clients. Manage and develop the integration of our marketing automation platform with our CRM tool in line with CRM functionality enhancements. Manage relationships with key third-party vendors and consultants, scope and deliver progressive project plans in line with strategy, optimizing our use of the Marketing Automation platform, and make the most of new functionality/enhance client user journeys. Maintain data quality and proactively manage data within the Marketing Automation platform and CRM to ensure data compliance in line with GDPR. Develop and facilitate internal training programs, including firm-wide webinars, presentations, and focus groups.



    An ideal candidate for this role would have these desired skills:
    • 4+ years' experience in a marketing automation role (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud), with an excellent understanding of B2B campaign development and execution with a specific focus on designing, creating, and managing complex email marketing campaigns.
    • Up-to-date with marketing automation technology and best practices, including a solid understanding of lead scoring and lead nurturing.
    • Previous experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), verifying campaign data, and ensuring effective campaign management.
    • Ability to challenge existing operational setup in our Marketo instance, including content journeys and templates to provide best-in-class experience to clients (internal and external), whilst ensuring operational efficiencies are reached.
    • Evidence of excellent stakeholder management skills, confidence, and comfortable working with people at all levels, with strong and clear communication skills.
    • A proactive, progressive, and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, and the ability to uncover insights from marketing engagement data to aid business conversations.
    • Proven experience managing multiple projects at any one time, working well under pressure, and dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines.
