Wir unterstützen derzeit einen unserer Kunden in der Region Luzern bei der Suche nach eine/m erfahrene/n SE-Mail Marketing Spezialist (Salesforce). Für diese Stelle sind sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich.

Verantwortungsbereich:
- E-Mail-Marketing: Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung, Koordination und Auswertung sämtlicher E-Mailing-Formate via CRM.

- CRM-Management: Optimierung und Betreuung des CRM-Systems im Bereich Mailings (Key User Rolle) sowie Verbesserung der personalisierten Kundenansprache.

- Social Media: Strategische Weiterentwicklung, Pflege und Koordination der Social-Media-Kanäle inkl. Community Management und interner Fachberatung.

- Erfolgsmessung: Optimierung der Conversion-Prozesse entlang der Customer Journey sowie Erstellung von Reportings, Ergebnispräsentationen und Handlungsempfehlungen.


Gewünschtes Profil:
- Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Marketing/Online-Marketing sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im E-Mail-Marketing und Social Media.

- Technische Kompetenz: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CRM-Tools (idealerweise Salesforce/Pardot), Social-Media-Plattformen sowie fundiertes Wissen in Customer Experience und digitalen Customer Journeys.

Marketing Automation Specialist





The Role:

You'll oversee the optimisation and ongoing development of our HubSpot platform, ensuring it's set up for peak performance and aligned with the needs of multiple teams.

You'll work collaboratively with marketing, sales, operations, and technical stakeholders to ensure HubSpot is both structurally sound and creatively impactful, driving better journeys, cleaner data, and measurable performance improvements.

The Day To Day

  • Manage the HubSpot platform day-to-day, including workflows, automation, data structure, and integrations
  • Build and optimise automated journeys across marketing, sales, and CRM
  • Ensure the system is set up for both technical best practice and effective campaign execution
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on how teams can use HubSpot more effectively
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain platform hygiene and data quality
  • Stay up to date on new HubSpot features and suggest improvements proactively

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot automation, workflows, CRM setup, and technical configuration
  • Understanding of how HubSpot supports creative and commercial journey design

Demand Generation Senior Manager

Full-Time | Remote option (US-based, Bay Area preferred)

We are seeking a highly experienced Demand Generation Senior Manager to lead and scale multi-channel marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline growth and support overall revenue objectives.

This role will be responsible for building and executing data-driven demand generation strategies, leveraging modern marketing technologies, automation platforms, and AI-driven workflows to improve targeting, personalization, efficiency, and conversion performance.

You will partner closely with Sales, Content, and Marketing leadership to design integrated campaigns that generate high-quality leads and accelerate opportunities through the funnel.

Key Responsibilities



Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute targeted demand generation programs aligned to revenue and growth objectives
  • Define target industries, buyer personas, and audience segmentation strategies
  • Build scalable marketing workflows incorporating AI/ML and generative AI for lead generation and personalization
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across:
    • Content syndication (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, ebooks)
    • Email marketing, drip campaigns, and nurture streams
    • SEO and SEM initiatives
    • Paid and organic social media
    • Events, webinars, and industry conferences
    • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
  • Align closely with Sales on MQL/SQL definitions and lead qualification processes

Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, testing, and optimization
  • Develop compelling messaging aligned to target audience needs and pain points

Performance Measurement & Reporting
