- Coordinate the rollout of new systems or enhancements, supporting data transfers and guiding users through new features and processes.
- Explore both established and emerging tools to enhance delivery quality and broaden service capabilities.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Strong familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem in products like Pardot/MCAE, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and Data Cloud; relevant certifications are highly beneficial.
- Experience working with tools that support lead capture, qualification, analytics, or reporting.
- Ability to oversee full solution lifecycles, from early discovery through to go‑live and user enablement.
- Solid project coordination capabilities, including handling timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Background in consulting or client‑facing technical work, with an interest in improving how organisations use their marketing technologies.
