    Job Requirements:
    • Project Delivery: You'll manage the delivery of Salesforce projects, collaborating with both internal teams (Solution Engineers, Developers) and customers to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Solution Design & Documentation: While you'll receive support from Solution Engineers, you'll also work on designing solutions and preparing thorough project documentation, including "development-ready" requirements, training materials, and technical handover docs.
    • Customer Interaction: Strong communication is crucial as you'll gather customer requirements, lead small sessions, and ensure clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Project Management Framework: While guided by a project management team, you will need to manage your tasks, track progress (time logging), and ensure smooth project execution.
    • Ongoing Learning: You'll continue developing your Salesforce expertise through training resources like Trailhead and Partner Learning Camp to stay current with Salesforce products and services.



    Expectation:
    • Problem Solver: You're naturally inclined to identify business challenges and find effective technology solutions, particularly using Salesforce.
    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent higher qualification is preferred.
    • Alternatively, 5+ years of relevant experience can substitute for formal qualifications.
    • Salesforce experience is crucial, particularly in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of the platform to align with the needs of the business and overall company goals.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, enhancing productivity and ensuring the platform supports effective operations.
    • Collaborate with Operations, IT, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to develop and refine system requirements, prioritise improvements, and align the platform with core business objectives.
    • Design user-centric workflows and interfaces that simplify processes, boost engagement, and drive adoption of Salesforce features.
    • Analyse platform performance, user behaviour and process efficiencies, using insights to guide product decisions and improve service delivery.
    • Mentor and support team members involved in Salesforce development and usage, fostering an inclusive and results-oriented culture.


    Qualifications & Experience
    • Strong understanding of the Lettings industry, including processes and relevant regulatory considerations.
    • Experience with Salesforce, ideally in Sales, Service, or Marketing Clouds within the property or lettings sector.
    • Proven success in managing CRM systems in a product or project management capacity, with experience in Agile methodologies.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex issues and develop strategic solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams to drive project success and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
