Senior Salesforce Administrator - Boston, MA - $110-130K

An established Salesforce End-User is adding a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to their team. This person will play a critical role in the configuration, management, and continuous improvement of their Salesforce platform and environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand needs, implement scalable solutions, and manage projects from conception through execution. In addition to your Salesforce administrative duties, you will manage one junior Salesforce Admin.

This is a hybrid position, so you must be willing to work in the office a few times a week

We are seeking…

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
• Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud experience
• Strong configuration skills (Flows, Automation, Reports, Dashboards)
• Ability to manage large scale Salesforce implementation projects
• Experience working with 200+ users (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to work with key business stakeholders
• Strong Declarative Development skills (ability to read Apex code)
• SFDC certifications are a plus: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
