    Key Responsibilities


    • Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator and main point of contact for the organization's CRM system.

    • Oversee user and license management, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups.


    • Configure Salesforce features such as custom objects and fields, flows, approval processes, dynamic actions, page layouts, record types, custom settings, and reports/dashboards.


    • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and best-practice workflows.


    • Perform proactive system maintenance, including security audits, release updates, and health checks.

This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring we maximise the value of our investments in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud (B2C), and Agentforce.

    The Role
