    The organisation are a Multinational company that have offices based both in the UK and overseas. They are currently using Salesforce and Pardot and are on the lookout for a Marketing Automation Manager to take ownership in these key areas.



    As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be working closely with both the marketing and sales teams when it comes down to training them on how to use the Pardot and Salesforce platform. A key part of this role will be to take ownership of the reporting responsibilities on Pardot and Salesforce like building out custom dashboards to present to senior stakeholders. You will also be measuring SQL/MQLs and ROI through Pardot and Salesforce's analytics features. Another main responsibility here would be to set up Pardot landing pages to capture lead information, at the same time you will also be using the engagement studio in a more hands-on capacity to build lead nurturing programmes.



    Key Skills
    • Previous experience in a Marketing Automation focused role is essential
    • Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce is also a must-have
    • Stakeholder Management skills (Director level and above)
    • Experience using the Engagement studio for building out lead nurture programmes
    • Strong Salesforce and Pardot analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLs
    • Salesforce certifications aren't an absolute must but if you have them great!

    • 2- 3 years of experience in marketing automation/email marketing with tools like Marketing Cloud(ExactTarget), Eloqua, Pardot, Selligent, Marketo or HubSpot
    • Familiar with email marketing, CRM, database concepts
    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
    • Strong problem-solving skills

    Funciones

    Proponer nuevas soluciones o procesos que ayuden a optimizar y evolucionar el uso de la tecnología implantada y a conseguir los objetivos de negocio marcados
    • Gestionar el servicio de soporte técnico y funcional de las plataformas de Marketing Digital
    • Participar en proyectos de implantación, soporte y evolución de la plataforma Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Participar en proyectos de integración con otras nubes de Salesforce u otros sistemas y aplicaciones
    • Analizar la viabilidad técnica de las necesidades de negocio, y aportar propuestas y soluciones
    • Asegurar la correcta entrega de los proyectos en tiempo, calidad y presupuesto
    • Liderar y gestionar los proyectos y peticiones de los clientes y priorizarlos adecuadamente
    • Participar en iniciativas internas para el desarrollo y evolución de la práctica del Marketing Digital desde el punto de vista tecnológico, y aportar ideas y soluciones
    • Colaborar con diferentes áreas, perfiles y clientes dentro de la compañía
    • Acompañar y asesorar a los clientes de negocio desde el punto de vista técnico, funcional y estratégico

    Requisitos
    • Grado o ingeniería técnica en informática, ingeniería o carreras técnicas.
    • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en departamentos de Marketing Digital o Consultoría y gestión de proyectos
    • Imprescindible expertise en gestión e implantación de herramientas de Marketing Automation. Se valorará positivamente que el expertise sea en específico en Salesforce Marketing Cloud, así como el conocimiento de las buenas prácticas referidas a procesos y configuración de plataforma, y conocimiento de otras nubes de Salesforce
    • Se valorará positivamente conocimiento en tecnologías complementarias al Marketing Digital (DMPs, CDPs, Google Analytics, herramientas de reporting, etc)
    • Experiencia en el desarrollo, lanzamiento y seguimiento de campañas omni-canal
    • Experiencia en la definición de estrategias de automatización de marketing
    • Conocimientos de BBDD y creación de entornos analíticos de cliente
    • Habilidades de gestión de proyectos, capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos a la vez con equipos multidisciplinares
    • Imprescindible competencia completa para gestionar proyectos íntegramente en inglés
    • Se valorará positivamente disponer de conocimientos de metodología de gestión de proyectos y AGILE
