    The organisation is a large scale business with a huge global presence. As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be managing with a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experts to execute campaigns as well as helping to build a Marketing Automation strategy to suit the business's needs.

    As the Marketing Automation Manager, a large part of your role will be to oversee a team of CRM Marketing team as well as using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform on a day to day basis for executing campaigns as well as speaking with stakeholders to help with troubleshooting issues in the system. Further responsibilities include leveraging data and Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality to build, optimise and better report on email campaigns.



    Key Skills:
    • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential for this role
    • Knowledge of the core Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as (Email studio, Automation studio, Mobile studio, Journey builder, Content builder

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strong expertise in Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Personalization Builder.
    • Proficiency in AMPscript and JavaScript for custom scripting and integration.
    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud connectors and APIs.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, CDP Specialist) are a plus.
    • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a strong advantage.
