    Summary

    The organisation that I am working with is a leading provider of consulting services. They're keen on introducing an analytically minded and detail orientated expert to support their digital marketing team. A big part of this role would be to report on ROI on marketing campaigns across channels as well as leveraging data from their website.



    The day to day:

    A key part of this role would be to collect and consolidate data from web analytics, Pardot marketing automation, and Salesforce CRM to form extensive performance data sets. The day to day would also include ROI reporting for marketing campaign KPIs etc. Focusing on metrics that reflect impact such as lead gen, conversion rates, revenue attribution, and cost per customer acquisition.



    Key Skills:
    • Previous experience in a data analytics-focused role, with an emphasis on digital marketing analytics.
    • Experience with Salesforce Analytics, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is advantageous but not essential.
    • Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

    About the Role
    We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to lead the implementation, adoption, and ongoing management of a Salesforce constituent relationship management system across multiple departments.     The Role

    • Oversee segmentation, audience management, consent management, and real-time decisioning via Data Cloud.
    • Act as the subject matter expert for Marketing Cloud modules including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Interaction Studio (Personalisation).
    • Ensure data compliance and governance are embedded into marketing practices, in line with GDPR and other global regulations.
    • Liaise with global teams to drive adoption and rollout of new marketing capabilities across multiple markets.
    • Evaluate and onboard new Salesforce innovations as part of the roadmap.
    • Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure high-quality implementation delivery.




    Skills & Experience

    Required:
    • Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
    • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), including data ingestion, modelling, and activation.
    • Solid understanding of customer data architecture, data privacy, and consent management.
    • Experience with multi-channel journey orchestration and campaign execution.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
    • Ability to translate marketing goals into scalable technical solutions.
    • Experience working in agile delivery teams or a hybrid agile/waterfall model
