    Job responsibilities:
    • Identify client business processes and undergo requirements gathering as you work closely with the business to understand their needs and offer advisory support.
    • Continuously develop the customer journey and experience for your clients as you deliver a high quality service.
    • Create and engage in dialogue within the markets and product owners.
    • Plan and execute sprints and facilitate workshops with relevant markets.
    • Analyse and evaluate throughout project progress to improve standards and continue to create a great experience for users and customers as you work on multiple accounts simultaneously.


    Qualifications:
    • Experience in Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud (Essential)
    • Fluent in English (Essential)

    A diretto riporto della Direzione Marketing, la figura si occuperà di:


    * Supporta la Direzione nell'impostazione e nell'esecuzione della strategia multicanale dell'azienda, sia nel canale retail che e commerce.
