    Salesforce Admin - Oslo, Norway

    We're on the lookout for a skilled individual to take on the role of Salesforce Administrator.

    We're actively seeking a dynamic team player to step into the shoes of Salesforce Administrator. As a key contributor, you'll handle support ticket resolution alongside two other Administrators. Your responsibilities include co-managing our CRM application, prioritising data integrity, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance our Sales and Customer support efforts.

    Your contributions as a Salesforce professional will be crucial to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. Dive into insights, translate feedback into practical solutions, and bring a solid understanding of Salesforce to our team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prioritise support ticket resolution for user satisfaction and seamless Salesforce operations.
    • Co-manage our CRM application (Salesforce) and its data to optimise cross-functional collaboration and sales effectiveness.
    • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and crafting effective solutions.


    Requirements for Success:
    • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, or significant Salesforce administration experience.
    • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but practical experience is highly valued. We encourage continuous learning.
    • Proficiency in user and license management, covering new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
    • Skills in Salesforce configuration changes, including Flows, Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.

    BDO Norge - Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer

    About BDO Norge: BDO Norge, the fifth largest accounting company globally, is embarking on an exciting journey to revamp its Salesforce setup. As part of this transformation, we are building an internal Salesforce team, and we are currently seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to join us in Oslo.

    The role itself will be to help revamp our entire Sales Cloud setup, which currently is used by 2000+ users. We have ambitious growth plans for 2024 with new headcount approved to hire multiple Salesforce experts starting with a Lead Developer to take control of the platform from a technical perspective.

    In the future will be responsible professionally (HR responsibility will fall to the Salesforce Platform Owner) for a small team of developers with code reviews, mentoring etc.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Help design and develop Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, delivering value to our stakeholders.
    • Oversee solutions for all new development within the Salesforce platform along with the Salesforce Platform Owner.
    • Ensure the creation of robust solutions for the future, along with the further development of our existing platforms and processes.
    • Conduct code reviews and be a guiding figure to junior developers helping to mentor them and showcase best practice.


    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
    • APEX, LWC, and Sales Cloud experience
    • Confidence and ability to communicate with different stakeholders
    • Beneficial: Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience, architecture exposure, consultancy experience
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
    • Proficiency in Norwegian and English
