    Role Overview:

    Responsible for the translation of business requirements into functional specifications enabling SF development. Ensuring that the salesforce platform provides the business with and effective and efficient way to process the lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Perform daily administration of the Salesforce platform, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
    • Manage and maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
    • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validations.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on best practices.
    • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users to enhance their understanding and usage of Salesforce.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions within the Salesforce platform.
    • Design and implement enhancements to streamline and optimize business processes using Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning components.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
