My client is a highly successful and well-established consultancy organization based in London that is actively hiring for a Salesforce Account Executive position.

    This is an excellent opportunity that offers significant autonomy and has a large growth trajectory with lots to get involved in.

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Manage the relationships with Salesforce stakeholders to build trust and demonstrate capability, helping Salesforce AE's and Managers win more deals.
    • Manage and qualify all inbound leads and inquiries in a professional, efficient manner
    • Own the relationship with your customers and lead discussions to determine and understand the client's expectations, processes, and requirements through group scoping sessions
    • Build interesting and compelling customer proposals with the help of technical resources

    Skills & Qualifications
    • A background in a Salesforce Consultant or Account management role is highly preferred (previous consultancy experience is preferred)
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with business owners, C-suite, and other business stakeholders.
    • Driven individual with a desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial consultancy environment

    • Very competitive base salary package (between £80,000 - 100,000 base depending on experience)
    • Double OTE potential

    Sr. Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services - $300-350K OTE

    An established Salesforce Partner is looking to add a Sr. Salesforce Account Executive to their team. The right candidate will be comfortable bringing in net new business, will have experience selling Salesforce professional services in the Financial Services space, and will have experience closing 7 figure deals with enterprise clients. This person must be located in the Northeast (ideally NY, NJ, or MA).

    We are seeking…
    • 7+ years of solution sales experience selling CRM, Data, AI, Integration Platforms, or similar business applications - Experience selling Software (Cloud/SaaS/On-demand/on premise) or Social Enterprise solutions to a select few large strategic enterprise accounts
    • Experience selling Salesforce professional services to customers in the Financial Services space (Banks)
    • Ability to sell C-Level and across both IT and business units
    • A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals - Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding a sales quota
    • Ability to bring in net new business (hunter mentality)
    • Proven ability to close deals and manage large enterprise accounts
    • Manage multiple Salesforce teams within your region to generate new leads
    • Knowledge of the unique business solutions within the Enterprise accounts for Banks
    • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.

    My client is a Higher Ed SaaS company looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team, this is a company projected to see tremendous growth this year. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of our Salesforce instance, as well as continuously improving the platform to enable growth.

    Role responsibilities.
    • Serve as the system administrator for the Salesforce environment with ~100+ users across multiple use cases
    • Work with the engineering team to help define and implement best use cases of Salesforce as we build platform functionality off of it
    • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, company reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
    • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades and new releases
    • Manage integrations with our Salesforce instance
    • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
    • Work with Operations and Finance to ensure all sales and pipeline data is accurate, complete, and easily accessible
    • Coordinate and conduct training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization


    • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst
    • Proven ability to implement new processes and facilitate user adoption, training and support
    • A demonstrated ability to understand, break down and articulate complex Salesforce concepts with technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, set clear expectations and work well cross functionally with peers and leadership.
    • You are comfortable building prototypes and communicating directly with engineers and business stakeholders on the technical constraints of various approaches.
    • Understanding of agile development and iteration
    • Strong experience with the Lightning Platform
