    About the role
    A professional services organization is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Analyst to help drive firm-wide marketing objectives through the effective use of marketing technology, data integration, and analytics.

    This role will work closely with senior marketing leadership and a centralized marketing team to maximize the use of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), ZoomInfo, and related platforms across digital campaigns, webinars, podcasts, customer journey mapping, and ROI analysis.

    By partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors, the Marketing Analyst will leverage technology to support and enhance strategic marketing initiatives across the organization.

    Responsibilities


    • Support the administration and optimization of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and ZoomInfo, including automation, lead management, personalization, integrations, and email marketing


    • Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models to measure the impact of marketing channels, create performance dashboards, analyze campaign results, and track customer journeys


    • Train and support marketing team members on Account Engagement best practices, including automation, data governance, campaign execution, and reporting


    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to support marketing initiatives


    Qualifications


    • 2+ years of experience in marketing technology or digital marketing within a corporate environment


    • CRM experience required; familiarity with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and ZoomInfo strongly preferred


    • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics is a plus


    • Understanding of email marketing best practices and personalization strategies


    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights


    • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and responsive


    • Excellent time management, communication, and project management skills

    An established Salesforce Partner is looking to add an experienced Salesforce Seller to their team. The right candidate will have deep connections in the SFDC ecosystem, a strong understanding of how to Co-Sell with Salesforce, HighTech industry experience, and a proven track record of exceeding $3-4M quotas.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Meet, and exceed, services booking quotas
    • Actively nurture Salesforce territory to source leads and drive client/prospect events that align with GTM strategy
    • Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities in accounts
    • Network within the industry, market, and accounts to drive new client opportunities
    • Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific customers and market segments

    Summary



    We're seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to serve as the primary owner of our Salesforce environment. This business-facing role focuses on supporting sales and revenue teams through expert configuration, insightful reporting, impeccable data quality, and light customization/integration work. You'll collaborate closely with sales leadership, Sales Technology, and IT while driving user adoption and platform maturity.

    Responsibilities



    Salesforce Administration & Support (~60%)
    • Primary point of contact for all Salesforce configuration, security, user management, and enhancements
    • Build and maintain fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, process builder, and approval processes
    • Create and optimize reports, dashboards, list views, Account Hierarchy, Territory Management, and assignment rules
    • Manage sandboxes, change sets, deployments, and third-party apps (e.g., SalesConnect, CPQ, outreach tools)
    • Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to sales and revenue teams; lead adoption initiatives
    • Partner with Sales Tech/IT on release management and new feature evaluation


    Light Development & Integration (~20%)
    • Collaborate on solutions requiring Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or advanced Flow
    • Support integrations with marketing automation, CPQ, ERP, data warehouse, etc., via APIs or middleware
    • Ensure all custom work is scalable, documented, and version-controlled


    Data Management & Quality (~20%)
    • Own end-to-end data integrity, deduplication (Cloudingo, DemandTools, Validity), enrichment, and cleansing
    • Execute regular and ad-hoc imports/exports, mass updates, and scheduled maintenance
    • Monitor and reconcile data across integrated systems

    Requirements



    Required
    • Salesforce Administrator certification (current ADM-201 or equivalent)
    • 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration in a sales/revenue operations environment
    • Expert in Sales Cloud configuration, security model, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and territory management
    • Proven data management skills (Data Loader, deduplication, mass updates)
    • Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, training, and communication abilities
    • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP; macros a plus)


    Preferred
    • Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant)
    • Light coding experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
    • Exposure to middleware/ETL tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.) and apps like Marketo, Outreach, Gong, or CPQ
