
Job Title: Director, CRM & Sales Systems
Position Overview
The Director, CRM & Sales Systems will oversee the strategy, development, and day-to-day management of the organization's sales technology ecosystem. This includes ownership of the Salesforce platform and other tools that support distribution, enablement, and operational effectiveness. The role is accountable for establishing a long-term vision for CRM capabilities, ensuring strong adoption, optimizing processes, improving data quality, and enabling reporting and analytics to support business growth.
This leader will collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Relationship Management, Technology, Marketing, and Finance to understand business needs, refine workflows, and guide enhancements from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
