For one of my clients in the manufacturing industry, I am currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst with experience with Salesforce.

Responsabilities:

• Leading (Salesforce) data migration and integration projects ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget and time.
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Utilize Agile Methods to drive (project) delivery and execution, fostering collaboration and adaptability.
• Support employees in their change despite uncertainty.

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Sale Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Data Migration
• Experience working in agile methodology

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Key Users, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and promote the use of standard features whenever possible. Actively seeks out additional input to gain a complete understanding of the requirements.
• Assists the Product Owner in managing demand, particularly in reviewing change requests, clarifying requirements, and analyzing the benefits.
