    Key Responsibilities

    About the Role



    Looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Consultant to join our clients team and play a key role in the ongoing development, optimisation, and innovation of their Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both administration and consultancy, engaging with stakeholders, and leveraging modern AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce.

    Experience with Salesforce Agentforce is highly desirable. However, candidates with hands-on experience implementing or supporting alternative AI tools or intelligent automation solutions within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms are also encouraged to apply.

    Key Responsibilities



    • Administer, configure, and optimise Salesforce to support business processes across multiple teams


    • Act as a trusted Salesforce consultant to stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into scalable solutions


    • Design and implement automation using tools such as Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), validation rules, and custom objects
