    Responsibilities
    • Promote best practice solution design
    • Work hand in hand with the technical team to design scalable solutions that meet current and future business requirements
    • Produce appropriate documentation to support design and build
    • Present solutions to stakeholders during design, build and UAT phases
    • Build and maintain relationships with S and C-Level leadership teams from different business and technology groups
    • Work across multiple initiatives ensuring design principles are complementary of one-another
    • Work effectively with internal and third party technology teams
    • Effectively communicate
    • Follow Agile Scrum methodologies throughout the SDLC


    Experience
    • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
    • Experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices with Configuration and with Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns
    • Multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and environment management
    • Title and compensation will be based on several factors including experience
    • Able to travel as required

    I am currently working with a well known Irish organisation based in Dublin who are looking to add a a Salesforce Administrator to their team. They are looking for a subject matter expert to take control of their org and help train other users.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in handling day to day end user query's.
    • Act as the Gatekeeper to ensure data integrity is upheld within the salesforce system.
    • Provide Training to end users along with training documentation and Instructional videos.
    • Review new release notes and technologies that would benefit our end Users.
    • Assist in the setup and maintenance of users based on roles, profiles, sharing rules and permission sets.
    • Assist in release deployments as needed.
    • Perform Data loading exercises as needed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    • Work with the organization on ad hoc reporting, dashboard creation or modifications
    • Utilizing advanced admin tooling such as Process Builder, Flows, Workflow rules for automation
    • Perform User Provisioning
    • Use the Salesforce optimizer to ensure the system is running in optimal health




    Qualifications:
    • 2 years Salesforce Administrator experience
    • Salesforce Administrator certification
    • Exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
    • Strong computer skills with MS Office with emphasis on MS Excel
    • Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and correspondence.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Identify and gather requirements from clients to ensure that they are effectively using and updating their Salesforce-based systems

    • Gather requirements at board level from stakeholders to convert to a technical roadmap for improvement and evolution of their CRM systems
    • Deliver upon requirements, including developing functional design, configuration, continuous deployment and testing
    • You will be responsible for end-to-end configuration and change management of client systems when improvements are implemented following an Agile/Scrum methodology
    • Run workshops with users to advise them on how to use the system most effectively
    • Manage multiple projects across different clients and instances

    Essential Requirements:
    • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience is required with end to end configuration skills
    • An in-depth declarative knowledge of the platform, particularly surrounding flows
    • Business-facing capabilities and ability to engage with and gather requirements from key stakeholders is a must
    • Clear and concise communication skills
    • A desire to learn more and willingness to throw yourself into new platforms and technologies
    • Salesforce Certifications would be preferred, but not a necessity




    Desired Requirements:
    • Integration exposure between Salesforce and third-party applications
    • Strong process builder and workflow creation expertise
    • Experience of managing up to 4 projects at once
    • Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code
    • Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements
    • Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
    • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
    • Coaching junior salesforce developers within the team



    Skills & Qualifications
    • Previous experince development experience with Salesforce.com (Certified Salesforce.com Developer)
    • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture, APIs and limitations
    • Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers
    • Developing custom objects and workflow business rules, including Process Builder
    • Experience using Salesforce data tools
    • Experience with Lightning component framework
    • Strong understanding of relational databases
