    About the Role:

    As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of our Salesforce platform, responsible for its design, development, and successful implementation. This key position involves overseeing a small team of Salesforce developers and administrators (7 people) and providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of effective Salesforce solutions. Your role will be central to our organisation, involving collaboration with stakeholders, driving best practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle multiple environments with confidence and have an understanding of Asure and deployment pipelines.
    • Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, customisation, testing, and deployment.
    • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
    • Design and architect Salesforce solutions in line with industry best practices and business objectives.
    • Configure and implement Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
    • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow.

    Qualifications:
    • Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (Pardot is a plus).
    • Proven track record in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, preferably in an in-house environment.
    • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development, including process builder, workflows, validation rules, and formula fields.
    • Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.
    • Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data management principles.
    • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder, are highly desirable.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers and administrators.
