    Salesforce Architect - Remote- Full Time- $180k

    My client is looking to add a full-time Salesforce Architect to their team! We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a wide knowledge of the Salesforce platform and other software, while leading a team of other skilled Architects. This individual will work with the internal product team to build technical solutions, assisting with the design, development, and launch of new products, enhancements, features, and improvements. Joining this company will give you the opportunity to work from home and make a difference using the Salesforce Platform! No travel required, unless it's company trips!

    Role & Responsibilities:
    • Create a design and Architect solutions to better the Salesforce platform
    • Lead a team of other Salesforce Architects, while working directly with stakeholders and other team members
    • Gather data in order to design Salesforce implementations and integrations
    • Ability to architect for enterprise projects
    • Oversee technical decisions and activities
    • Perform project scoping, configuration, and data mapping
    • Provide innovative solutions


    Skills & Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of Salesforce experience as an Architect
    • Salesforce Certified - Architect level
    • Experience with Lightning Components, Visualforce, Apex (controllers, triggers, batch, etc.)
    • Experience with SFDC development, Sales Cloud, and AppExchange products
    • Strong Configuration skills
    • Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate leadership experience

    Salesforce Solutions Architect - Fully Remote - 160K

    Solution Architect

    We are looking for a highly effective Solution Architect with Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud expertise to help customers successfully transform onto the Salesforce platform. This individual will provide thought leadership and best practice advice throughout the life cycle of the project. The Solution Architect would build the functional and system roadmap by running Business Process Reviews, elicit requirements and lead the design activities for implementation.

    A successful Architect has strong Salesforce project experience and feels comfortable designing transformational solutions and working directly with customers to meet their business needs. They will have responsibility for creating/sharing/collaborating on materials to support both sales and delivery.

    What You'll Do:
    • Ensure sustainable, scalable, best-practice solutions to meet and exceed customer needs in the Client Service or Customer Service area
    • Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points through implementations
    • Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Remain current with Salesforce full product set
    • Manage discussions with various levels of customer's IT technical audiences
    • Where required, support deep-dive pre-sales activity to solution and provide expertise on the positioning of The Athene Group's delivery of customer solutions


    Must Haves:
    • 4+ years of experience with business or requirements analysis
    • 4 years Salesforce Administration or Consulting Experience

    Nice to Haves:
    • Understanding of the Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud product suite and platform including Knowledge Management, Omni-Channel Support, Live Agent, and Customer Portals
    • Basic programming experience in HTML and other web-based technologies is an advantage
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies

    Our client is searching for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join the team and oversee the migration from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to the newer version of Salesforce B2B Commerce!

    Responsibilities:
    • Act as Salesforce B2B Commerce SME (formerly CloudCraze), overseeing the implementation while adhering to best practices from design to launch
    • Design, test, and maintain custom eCommerce applications on the platform
    • Integrate the eCommerce platform with various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Community)
    • Collaborate with key Business Stakeholders throughout implementation to ensure maximum efficiency of platform capabilities
    • Integrate B2B platform with tax and shipping engines


    Requirements:
    • Strong understanding of the B2B Commerce product (formerly CloudCraze)
