    Salesforce Developer

    This opportunity is to work with an international leader in digital banking, recently they have invested millions of dollars in their salesforce CRM team. As a result they are currently looking to bolster their team with a Salesforce Developer.

    Your position will require you to work with various teams globally as you develop Salesfroce.com applications and platforms. These applications are low latency/high reliability and therefore you will work with cutting edge salesforce products such AI and cloud.

    Role:
    • Developing and deploying using Apex, Lightning, VisualForce and Force.com
    • Working in a Scrum environment and in collaboration with BA's, Developers and DevOps Engineers
    • Analysing business requirements and building additions to the CRM platform


    Requirements
    • Software Engineering background in Apex, Lightning, VisualForce and Force.com applications
    • Proven Salesforce.com experience building out large scale applications
    • Experience building out CRM platforms
    • Agile / Scrum

This role has the possibility to be remote but our client would like you to be in office 1 day a week.

    Role & Responsibilities
    • You will lead a small team of developers
    • You will design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce
    • You will mentor Junior roles on all aspects of their role
    • You will communicate with Management to ensure business needs are being met
    • You will oversee the integration of LWC into the business


    Skills & Experience
    • Understanding of agile processes
    • Experience using Salesforce applications-Apex, VisualForce etc.
    • Experience leading a small team
    • Knowledge of the development life cycle
    • Strong communication skills
    • Hands on attitude

    You will be a embedded member of the development team and liaise with financial stakeholders within the organisation. The focus of the role is to manage the overall release life-cycle.

    Role:
    • Effectively manage the release life-cycle
    • Identify risks that could jeopardise the release window
    • Working in a Scrum environment and in collaboration with BA's, Developers and DevOps Engineers
    • Work effectively with CI/CD pipelines


    Requirements
    • Agile / Scrum
    • DevOps Methodology exposure - Jira or Confluence
    • Enterprise release management experience
