Job Title: Salesforce Field Service Consultant

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Consultant to lead and support platform enhancements across Salesforce, with a primary focus on Field Service (FSL). This role involves end-to-end configuration, user support, and optimization of the Salesforce platform, with responsibilities spanning from mobile configuration to Experience Cloud site development.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and enhance Salesforce features related to Field Service, including scheduling, work order management, dispatcher tools, and technician mobile functionality.
Build and manage branded Experience Cloud sites, integrating self-service appointment scheduling and service intake workflows.
Configure mobile capabilities for field teams, including offline mode, dynamic screens, and mobile-optimized flows.
Develop and maintain automation using Flows, approval processes, page layouts, and dashboards to support operational efficiency.
Administer platform security through role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, and record sharing logic.
Maintain data quality using validation rules, Flow-based checks, and import/export tools like Data Loader.
Manage deployment pipelines using sandboxes, change sets, and version control methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, coordinating with internal users and external partners as needed.
Gather functional requirements through stakeholder meetings and translate them into technical tasks and user stories.
Participate in Agile team practices, contributing to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives; manage tasks via Jira or similar tools.
Create clear and maintainable documentation such as user guides, configuration logs, and process documentation.
Provide onboarding and training support for new users and ensure ongoing adoption through workshops and support materials.
Continuously monitor platform usage and performance; recommend enhancements and identify opportunities for automation or optimization.
Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure the platform evolves with business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification strongly preferred.
6+ years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce Admin, Consultant, or Analyst capacity.
At least 1 year of direct experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
Experience managing and supporting Experience Cloud sites, including design, security, and content updates.
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
