We're looking for a seasoned
Salesforce Solution Architect to join a mission-driven technology team focused on transforming nonprofit and public sector organizations. In this strategic leadership role, you'll shape innovative Salesforce-based ecosystems that help organizations streamline operations, better serve their communities, and scale their impact.
You'll play a pivotal role in designing, advising, and overseeing the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions-primarily built on
NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) and

What You'll Do
Serve as the lead technical architect on client projects, with full ownership over the design and implementation strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand mission, workflows, and system needs; turn them into architectural blueprints.
Design solutions that optimize performance, scale effectively, and integrate cleanly with external platforms and data sources.
Translate functional requirements into technical documentation including diagrams, estimates, and task lists.
Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical oversight in coordination with project management.
Monitor quality and consistency during development and deployment; ensure readiness for production releases.
Provide architectural oversight across configuration, custom development, APIs, data migration, and automation tools.
Coach technical teammates and help build internal best practices around scalable Salesforce solutioning.
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including designing and building solutions for nonprofits using NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud.
Strong knowledge of platform capabilities: declarative automation, Apex/LWC, security, API integrations, and data modeling.
Prior experience leading technical delivery on implementation or transformation projects within nonprofits or human services preferred.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills-able to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
Salesforce certifications highly desired (such as Application Architect, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II).
