We're supporting a fast-growing business within the financial services sector in the search for a Freelance Paid Media Specialist to support across performance marketing activity.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign management, optimisation, and driving measurable results across digital acquisition channels.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns across key platforms, working closely with marketing and digital teams to improve performance and drive growth.


Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimising PPC campaigns (Google Ads)
• Running paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitoring performance, analysing data, and making optimisation recommendations
• Supporting wider digital marketing and acquisition strategy
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders on campaign planning and execution
• Supporting broader channel performance, including exposure to SEO / organic activity

About You
We're keen to speak with freelancers or contractors who are hands-on, commercially aware, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.


Experience required:

• Strong experience across Google Ads and Paid Social (Meta ideally)
• Proven track record delivering performance-driven campaigns
• Experience working within financial services, fintech, insurance, or regulated environments
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into action
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
