Responsibilities



  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend technologies based on project requirements and current industry trends


  • Develop application frameworks and establish coding standards and best practices


  • Lead development efforts-guiding, supporting, and unblocking technical team members


  • Provide hands-on contributions across design, coding, testing, and documentation


  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical design and implementation issues


  • Analyze, architect, develop, test, debug, and deploy software in an agile environment


  • Manage priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables across medium to large projects


  • Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions


  • Document and obtain approval for architectural and application design decisions


  • Offer strategic guidance on system architecture, integrations, business process design, and overall solution approach


  • Mentor and support junior team members

Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and implementation of MuleSoft integrations


  • Strong hands-on development experience across the full lifecycle


  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a bias for execution


  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-facing communication abilities


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
