Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience designing, planning, and executing large-scale marketing automation programs within a B2B environment.
Proven expertise across multiple enterprise-level marketing automation platforms, including advanced functionality, integrations, and optimization.
Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle-from awareness through retention-and how automation supports each stage.
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
Experience working with CRM systems and a solid grasp of automation-to-CRM integration best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated success collaborating within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Familiarity with intent data and its application in campaign targeting and optimization.
Relevant marketing technology certifications.
Hands-on experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
