Job Title: Solution Architect - AgentForce Implementation (Service Cloud)

Compensation: $185,000+

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to lead the implementation of AgentForce. This role is critical to ensuring a scalable, secure, and high-performing solution that aligns with business goals and enhances agent productivity and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of the AgentForce implementation within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, system integrators, and product owners to define and deliver strategic solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs that leverage Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure integration of AgentForce with existing Salesforce orgs, data models, and third-party systems.
• Provide architectural governance, technical leadership, and mentorship to delivery teams.
• Define and enforce standards for data security, performance optimization, and system reliability.
• Drive roadmap planning, gap analysis, and solutioning for future enhancements and scalability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for architectural decisions and escalation during implementation phases.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms.
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions at scale.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and integration patterns.
• Experience with AgentForce or similar agent enablement platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are a plus.
