We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce Developer to lead the development of a robust member management application on the Salesforce platform. This role involves building a scalable solution from the ground up, integrating existing data from legacy systems, and ensuring seamless system consolidation. The project requires expertise in
Salesforce development, SQL databases, ETL processes, and data mapping.Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement APEX code, Lightning Web Components, and integrations using REST APIs.
- ETL & Data Migration: Develop ETL workflows using Matillion or similar tools to migrate and transform data efficiently.
- Database Integration: Work with SQL databases to extract, map, and integrate structured data into Salesforce.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure efficient data processing, scalability, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
- Collaboration & Implementation: Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, troubleshoot challenges, and apply best practices for security and system reliability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integrations.
- ETL & Data Management: 3+ years of experience with ETL tools and business intelligence processes for managing data workflows.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, with experience in data transformation and reporting.
- API & Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and experience integrating Salesforce with external databases and third-party applications.
- Data Integration Strategies: Understanding of Salesforce Connect, External Objects, and best practices for managing data across multiple platforms.
