Salesforce Developer

Overview:
We're looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic consulting team supporting enterprise-level Salesforce implementations. You'll play a key role in building scalable, maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Ideal candidates are hands-on, collaborative, and eager to continue growing within the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  Develop and deliver Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform configuration
• 
  
  Collaborate with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements
• 
  
  Participate in design discussions and provide recommendations for scalable, efficient solutions
• 
  
  Perform unit testing, code reviews, and document technical work
• 
  
  Support API integrations between Salesforce and other internal applications
• 
  
  Stay up to date with Salesforce features and pursue relevant certifications
• 
  
  Follow Agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives

What We're Looking For:

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with CS coursework
• 
  
  2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• 
  
  Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and standard Salesforce configurations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• 
  
  Experience in at least one other object-oriented language (Java, C#, etc.)
• 
  
  Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform lifecycle and deployment best practices
• 
  
  Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum
• 
  
  Salesforce certifications preferred (Admin, Platform Developer I)
