Salesforce Senior Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Functional Consultant to join a growing team, where your expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud will support the delivery of high-quality solutions and strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional leadership and guidance on Salesforce solutions, recommending products that align with business objectives
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing user support to ensure successful implementation
• Contribute to solution design, project delivery, and best-practice architecture decisions throughout the implementation lifecycle
