Senior Salesforce Development Lead - $140-160K

An established Salesforce End User is looking to add a Sr. Salesforce Development Lead to their team. This organization is highly invested in Salesforce and is looking to build a new Salesforce Center of Excellence from the ground up. This role calls for a Lead Salesforce Developer that is an expert in coding Apex & LWC from scratch, interacting with key business stakeholders, and mentoring junior developers.



We are seeking…

• Minimum of 7 years as a Salesforce Developer
• Languages: APEX, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages, JavaScript
• Technical leadership, following best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
• Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and API
• Proven ability to lead junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Proven ability to work in a team environment. Good communication skill
• Salesforce Certifications (preferred): Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Application Architect, Systems Architect, Integration Architect, etc.
