Salesforce QA Lead - $110-140K

An established Salesforce End User is looking to add a Salesforce QA Lead to their team. This organization is highly invested in Salesforce and is looking to build a new Salesforce Center of Excellence from the ground up. This role calls for Salesforce QA specialist that has built a Salesforce QA Program from scratch. This is considered a highly collaborative, lead role and the right person will be eager to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.



We are seeking…

• Minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce QA Tester
• Both Manual and Automation testing
• Experience building a Salesforce QA Program from scratch
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis mindset coupled with a consultative approach.
• Deep knowledge of QA strategy, test lifecycle, and tooling (e.g., Jira, TestRail, HP ALM).
• Strong expertise with defect management tools (Jira, ALM, etc.) and maintaining traceability matrices.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in Agile environments and test execution within Scrum teams.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Business Analyst
