Sr. Salesforce Developer - Remote - $120-140K

A growing Salesforce Partner is looking to add a Sr. Salesforce Developer to their team. The right candidate will have strong object oriented programming skills, will be strong in Apex & LWC, and will have strong integration skills. Any experience in full-stack development or other engineering prior to Salesforce is a big plus.

We are seeking…

• 
  
  Over 5 years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience, encompassing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and core platform capabilities such as sharing and visibility controls
• 
  
  More than 5 years of experience in Salesforce data modeling and querying (SOQL, SOSL), automation using Flows and Apex, and providing guidance on integrations with external systems
• 
  
  Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• 
  
  Strong grasp of Salesforce DevOps practices, including 3+ years working with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git, Gearset, Copado, or similar solutions
• 
  
  Proven ability to optimize Salesforce and integration performance at enterprise scale
• 
  
  Salesforce certifications such as System Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II
• 
  
  Cloud experience with AWS preferred; familiarity with other cloud platforms is also valuable for integration work
• 
  
  Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a history of success in client-facing roles
