Required Duties & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis within technology or consulting environments.
• Proven experience in Salesforce project management, specifically within Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and features.
• Provide strategic insights to enhance project workflows and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate training and support to stakeholders for successful tool adoption.
