Position Title: Certinia Consultant

Objective



To sell, scope, and deliver Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Accounting solutions and integration projects for clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities



  • Act as a financial subject matter expert during client engagements.


  • Lead pre-sales scoping workshops and support the sales process through to closure.


  • Manage sales and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.


  • Deliver full lifecycle implementation projects for Certinia and Salesforce.com, including:


    • Business process analysis and requirements gathering


    • Solution design, configuration, and validation


    • Project management and data migration


    • Development and delivery of training courses


  • Provide post-implementation support and maintain ongoing client relationships.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience



  • Hands-on experience with Certinia Accounting or other Salesforce-based accounting solutions.


  • Professional background in accounting and Salesforce consulting.


  • Strong knowledge of implementation and customisation of mid-market accounting systems.


  • Proven ability to present and negotiate effectively at C-suite level.


  • Demonstrated solution-selling expertise.


  • Comprehensive understanding of the capabilities and limitations of accounting software.
