Position Title: Certinia Consultant
Objective
To sell, scope, and deliver Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Accounting solutions and integration projects for clients across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a financial subject matter expert during client engagements.
Lead pre-sales scoping workshops and support the sales process through to closure.
Manage sales and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.
Deliver full lifecycle implementation projects for Certinia and Salesforce.com, including:
Business process analysis and requirements gathering
Solution design, configuration, and validation
Project management and data migration
Development and delivery of training courses
Provide post-implementation support and maintain ongoing client relationships.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Hands-on experience with Certinia Accounting or other Salesforce-based accounting solutions.
Professional background in accounting and Salesforce consulting.
Strong knowledge of implementation and customisation of mid-market accounting systems.
Proven ability to present and negotiate effectively at C-suite level.
Demonstrated solution-selling expertise.
Comprehensive understanding of the capabilities and limitations of accounting software.

Qualifications
Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Part-qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
