Overview



A leading global manufacturer is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to serve as the primary regional owner for Sales Cloud across the United States. This highly visible position combines hands-on administration, advanced user support, data stewardship, analytics, training, and delivery of strategic CRM initiatives.



Responsibilities:
  • Handle object/task re-assignments and resolve functional questions across multiple commercial business units
  • Execute and enforce weekly data-quality routines (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities)
  • Act as Tier-2/3 escalation point for complex configuration, workflow, and integration issues
  • Proactively monitor system health, identify risks, and implement preventive measures
  • Maintain regional data accuracy in alignment with enterprise governance standards
  • Design, develop, and maintain executive-level reports and dashboards using global templates and frameworks
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D leadership to turn data into an actionable strategy
  • Own the complete new-user on-boarding experience and ongoing enablement curriculum
  • Deliver regular cadence of live training: weekly open office hours, bi-weekly new-hire sessions, monthly best-practice workshops
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and translate new features into business value for the region
  • Lead roll-out and sustained adoption of high-priority sales effectiveness programs in the US/Canada territory
  • Gather requirements, write user stories, coordinate testing, create process documentation, deliver hyper-care support, and provide supplemental training
  • Represent regional needs in global release planning, custom development, and enhancement projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and support experience
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving commercial environment
  • Outstanding communication skills with experience in training and influencing diverse user groups
  • Demonstrated success in resolving complex technical issues and driving user adoption
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Advanced reporting experience (dashboards, Einstein Analytics, etc.)
  • Prior involvement in sales methodology or opportunity-management program deployments
  • Natural problem-solver who enjoys being the go-to Salesforce expert
  • Comfortable switching between tactical troubleshooting and strategic presentations to senior leadership
  • Passionate about data quality, process discipline, and user empowerment
  • Self-starter with strong project management instincts and a continuous-learning mindset
