Salesforce Consultant (Field Service) | 6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Remote

A fast-growing consultancy is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead the design and delivery of a Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementation. This is a greenfield project, giving you exposure to deliver a field service operation that connects mobile workers and drives customer satisfaction.

You'll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements, shape scalable service processes, and configure Salesforce to deliver a streamlined, end‑to‑end field service solution.

Key Responsibilities


  • Configure and optimise Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud


  • Design user‑centric Field Service processes covering work orders, service appointments, assets, and mobile workflows


  • Build automations (Flows, rules, triggers where required) to enhance technician productivity and customer transparency


  • Support integrations with third‑party systems such as ERP, mobile apps, GIS, and inventory platforms


  • Create tailored training materials and deliver hands‑on enablement
