Senior Marketing Technology Lead We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Technology Lead to take ownership of designing and delivering complex MarTech solutions across client environments.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into robust technical designs, and oversee delivery from concept through to deployment and adoption. You'll play a central role in shaping solution architecture, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring clients realise value from the platforms they use.
You'll also contribute to commercial activity, supporting scoping, estimates, and delivery planning, while helping evolve capabilities across the marketing technology landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder discovery and translate requirements into scalable technical designs
- Own delivery across implementation, migrations, releases, and technical handover
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to both client and internal teams
- Support project planning, forecasting, and risk management
- Identify opportunities to extend or enhance client solutions over time
- Contribute to developing new capabilities and approaches within the technology practice
What we're looking for
- Strong end‑to‑end experience delivering Marketing Automation or CRM solutions
- Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) or HubSpot / Dynamics ecosystems
- Confident operating in client‑facing, delivery‑led roles
- Comfortable working in consulting or fast‑paced, multi‑project environments
