Join a growing Salesforce practice delivering impactful projects across the public sector. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions within highly regulated environments.

The Role
* Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across the full lifecycle
* Provide technical leadership, breaking down requirements and guiding development teams
* Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical solutions
* Drive quality through code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement
* Mentor junior developers and support team growth

What You'll Need
* Strong Salesforce development background with Apex and LWC
* Experience leading technical delivery on complex Salesforce programmes
* Knowledge of integrations, data modelling, and architecture best practices
* Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Public sector experience beneficial
* Willingness to undergo security clearance
