Delivery Manager- Boutique Salesforce Partner- Remote, UK.

You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects for a growing UK partner. This is a high-autonomy role managing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, focusing on technical quality and resource efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Delivery Governance: Manage project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum; track budgets, margins, and RAID logs.
• 
  
  Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary post-sale contact for C-suite clients.
• 
  
  Resource Planning: Coordinate a team of 5-8 cross-functional consultants and devs.
• 
  
  Practice Growth: Improve internal delivery methodologies and contribute to pre-sales scoping.

Experience required:

• 
  
  Experience: Proven Delivery & Project Management ideally gained in a consulting environment.
• 
  
  Depth of knowledge of Salesforce products and in tune with latest Salesforce releases
• 
  
  Excellent communication style and influencing skill set
• Experience working with complex Salesforce/ software implementations (end to end)
• 
  
  Location: Must be UK-based with the right to work (no sponsorship provided).
