VP of Engineering (Salesforce) - Arizona

A growing Arizona-based company is seeking a VP of Engineering (Salesforce) to lead and execute the organization's technical vision. This senior leader will bring strong architectural expertise and a proven ability to scale engineering teams and platforms, while driving delivery, culture, and technical excellence across the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role starts as hybrid in Arizona, with plans to transition to fully remote after the first few months.

We're looking for:

• 10-15+ years of technical experience, including senior leadership roles (Director, VP, or similar)
• Deep expertise in architecture (services, APIs, scalability, performance, and reliability)
• Experience building and scaling engineering best practices (SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, code quality, QA automation)
• Strong Salesforce background (Apex, LWC, integrations, data modeling) with hands-on experience
• Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to present to C-suite, board, and private equity stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or similar)
