Digital Systems Manager | London (Hybrid) | up to £45,000

We are working with a well-established children's charity that is making a real impact across the UK, and they are now looking for a Digital Systems Manager to take ownership of their digital platforms, including a Salesforce-led portal. The Setup & Package
  • Salary: Up to £45,000
    * Location: London (Hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office)
    * Environment: Mission-driven organisation with a strong focus on impact
    * Scope: Ownership of Salesforce-based portal and wider digital systems


What you'll be doing
  • Leading the management and development of a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal, ensuring it meets both internal and external user needs
    * Driving digital transformation initiatives, improving processes and increasing system adoption across the organisation
    * Acting as the main point of contact for digital systems, working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers
    * Managing digital workflows, budgets, and priorities to ensure smooth and effective delivery
    * Identifying opportunities to introduce new tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance digital capability
    * Supporting integration and alignment across key systems including CRM, finance, and wider business tools
    * Promoting best practice around data quality, security, and GDPR compliance
    * Delivering training and guidance to users to maximise the value of digital platforms


What we're looking for
  • Experience managing digital systems or delivering digital transformation projects
    * Exposure to Salesforce, ideally including Experience Cloud
    * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
    * Experience coordinating projects, suppliers, and internal resources
    * A user-focused mindset, with the ability to design and improve digital experiences
    * Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    * A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
