Salesforce Business Analyst (CPQ)

We're working with a Higher Education organization that's looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong CPQ and Sales Cloud experience; familiarity with marketing automation (Pardot or Eloqua) is a plus. In this role you'll support internal Sales and Marketing teams by gathering and documenting business requirements, creating process maps and workflows, and leading UAT. Occasional Salesforce configuration may be required.

Requirements:

* 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
* Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements
* Proven experience with leading UAT efforts, process mapping, and workflow analysis
* 2+ years of CPQ and Sales Cloud experience
* Desired Certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Platform Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder
