We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect who can serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and offshore development teams. This role requires exceptional documentation skills, the ability to create clear and comprehensive technical artifacts, and a strong capability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. You will play a key role in guiding global development efforts while ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• 
  
  Develop, document, and communicate end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
• 
  
  Produce detailed architectural assets, including flow diagrams, technical specifications, integration maps, and use cases.
• 
  
  Establish and maintain architectural guidelines, ensuring consistency across solutions.

Requirements Analysis & Communication

• 
  
  Work closely with business teams, project managers, and end-users to gather and clarify requirements.
• 
  
  Translate business needs into clear technical documentation for offshore development teams.
• 
  
  Serve as a liaison ensuring all parties understand solution objectives and constraints.

Technical Leadership

• 
  
  Provide guidance and direction to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• 
  
  Support developers with troubleshooting, solution validation, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• 
  
  Lead proof-of-concept efforts to validate design assumptions and new solution approaches.

Performance, Security & Risk Management

• 
  
  Ensure all solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• 
  
  Identify potential risks, gaps, or architectural issues and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• 
  
  Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and architectural designs.

Salesforce Expertise

• 
  
  Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, data modeling, and data management practices.
• 
  
  Deep knowledge of core Salesforce architecture concepts including APIs, governor limits, test coverage, and integration patterns.
• 
  
  Hands-on experience with SOAP/REST APIs, Platform Events, Apex (Triggers, Queueables, Batch Classes), and Object/Field relationships.
• 
  
  Familiarity with Salesforce security model, SOQL, and debugging tools.
• 
  
  Broad awareness of the Salesforce ecosystem to recommend platform-aligned solutions.

Integration & Middleware

• 
  
  Experience designing and supporting integrations using technologies such as MuleSoft, Kafka, and other middleware tools.
• 
  
  Ability to produce integration architecture documentation and mapping artifacts.

Process & Design Documentation

• 
  
  Map current-state and future-state business processes using process flow tools.
• 
  
  Create wireframes and conceptual system designs to guide development efforts.
• 
  
  Ensure all solution designs are accurately documented for ongoing reference.

Qualifications

• 
  
  Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, ideally with CPQ/CloudSense exposure.
• 
  
  Strong communication and documentation abilities, especially for working with offshore teams.
• 
  
  Demonstrated success translating business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
• 
  
  Deep technical proficiency across the Salesforce platform and related integration technologies.
