Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform and related tools. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to identify requirements, implement solutions, and ensure ongoing optimization of our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Administer and configure Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and other platform tools to support business needs.
• 
  
  Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• 
  
  Manage user access, roles, profiles, and security settings.
• 
  
  Build and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver insights to business users.
• 
  
  Monitor and improve data quality through validation rules, automation, and other best practices.
• 
  
  Maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures.
• 
  
  Support end-user requests and troubleshoot issues, escalating as necessary.
• 
  
  Provide training and support to users to enhance platform adoption.
• 
  
  Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend improvements.
• 
  
  Contribute to the development of a Salesforce roadmap, prioritizing enhancements based on business needs.
• 
  
  Ensure system integrity through regular testing, updates, and performance monitoring.
• 
  
  Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate additional tools or integrations to support business goals.

Qualifications:

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 
  
  Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• 
  
  Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications a plus.
• 
  
  Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, workflows, process automation, and best practices.
• 
  
  Experience with system configuration in a production environment.
• 
  
  Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• 
  
  Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
