Salesforce Administrator - Miami, FLAbout the Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to lead the implementation, adoption, and ongoing management of a Salesforce constituent relationship management system across multiple departments. This individual will ensure the platform aligns with organizational objectives, adheres to best practices, and enables data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The Administrator will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, implement system changes, and provide training to end-users. They will also manage reporting, dashboards, and integrations to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator and main point of contact for the organization's CRM system.
Manage all aspects of Salesforce database administration, including constituent data, program tracking, and application configuration.
Oversee user and license management, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups.
Configure Salesforce features such as custom objects and fields, flows, approval processes, dynamic actions, page layouts, record types, custom settings, and reports/dashboards.
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and best-practice workflows.
Perform proactive system maintenance, including security audits, release updates, and health checks.
Maintain and improve data quality through routine management, automation, and mass updates using tools such as Data Loader.
Install, configure, and maintain third-party Salesforce applications, including document management, events, and fundraising tools.
Conduct user training and create documentation to strengthen Salesforce expertise across the organization.
Enable teams to make data-driven decisions by providing insights via dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
Continuously evaluate processes, recommend improvements, and implement strategies for better data governance and operational efficiency.
Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement), including list building, automation rules, engagement programs, and data tracking.
Collaborate with department leaders to optimize marketing and operational processes using Salesforce data and tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with experience in nonprofit or multi-departmental organizations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, reporting, and integrations.
Experience managing Marketing Cloud or similar Salesforce marketing platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to train and mentor staff on Salesforce best practices and data management.
