Job description



Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Go-to-Market Sales Plan
  • Actively explore new opportunities for business growth, acquiring new accounts and generating revenue within the Enterprise segment
  • Build a robust portfolio of prospects and drive sales growth
  • Obtain new customers for various Professional services offered, exploring similar opportunities within our client base
  • Execute sales goals and provide timely submission of pipeline reports and forecasts
  • Assist in developing marketing plans to target a diverse set of potential customers and generate qualified leads and opportunities


Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years in selling business solutions such as Analytics, Salesforce, Community Management, Marketing Automation, Microsoft Services, etc., to large/global enterprise customers
  • Executive Presence: Proficient in interacting with senior business decision-makers, emphasizing the value of solutions to address business challenges or strategic opportunities
  • Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to address customer problems effectively
  • Collaborative: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent Communicator: High-level communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to mentor others
  • Demonstrate the ability to build rapport with clients, self-motivation, accountability, and a track record in software sales, business development, or account management
  • Success measured through meeting/exceeding revenue targets, successful development of new clients, and leveraging innovative approaches to reach clients
  • Possess business acumen and technology awareness
