    We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will
    • Act as a hands-on coach, guiding teams toward consistent success across client management, project management, solution design, and delivery best practice.
    • Ensure teams follow company standards, policies, and procedures to deliver high-quality work.
    • Maintain delivery goals for on-time, on-budget, and to-spec outputs across the entire project portfolio.
    • Manage project budgets and have authority over hiring decisions, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
    • Own the client relationship, serving as the primary escalation point for both the delivery team and client stakeholders.
    • Partner with the Resource Manager to ensure appropriate capacity planning and staffing.

    • Identify, nurture, and build additional opportunities through strong client relationships.
    • Collaborate with Account Management to expand and cultivate revenue opportunities


    What we're looking for
    • 3+ years Salesforce consulting experience, including requirements scoping, solution design, and project estimation.
    • Experience in resource management, including staffing, utilisation, and capacity planning.
    • Strong background in project management and/or the sale of professional services projects.
    • Knowledge of implementation project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid
    • approaches).
    • Experience with budget creation, management, and revision.
    • Strong process mindset, ability to document, analyse, and recommend process improvements.
    • An outgoing, engaging communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels of an organisation.

    About the Role



    I'm supporting a major insurance organisation undergoing significant digital transformation and investing heavily across the entire Salesforce ecosystem. They're now looking for a Salesforce Lead (hands-on Technical Lead/Architect) to help shape their Salesforce strategy and drive best practice across multiple teams and platforms.

    This is a key leadership position where you'll guide technical delivery, influence architecture decisions, and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

    What You'll Be Doing



    • Acting as the Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect, setting technical direction and best practices


    • Providing oversight to third-party developers (Futureform, SoftServe), performing code reviews and offering hands-on guidance

    Overview



    Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Manager to lead the ongoing development, optimisation and governance of our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a hands-on, technically focused role responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap and delivery across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Pardot and multiple integrated technologies. You will manage a dedicated team of five Salesforce professionals and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our Salesforce platform continues to scale with the needs of the business.

    Key Responsibilities
