Marketing Analytics Manager - Irvine, CA

You will be the trusted advisor and leader who partners with business stakeholders to design a vision and architecture for solutions to a business opportunity as well as educate the team with technical best practices. You will partner with Marketing leaders on strategic business initiatives and ROI frameworks to Develop and execute financial planning and forecasting processes for Marketing. The right candidate will be responsible for updating the backend data architecture, data preparation, and delivering reporting and business intelligence to end-users through Power BI. This role will have some direct reports to help support the overall department.

Requirements/ Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to design, develop, test, document and deploy marketing campaigns using all available Salesforce marketing infrastructure
  • Interface with internal/external business SMEs to create and maintain operational reporting in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Conduct releases as needed, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments and keeping all members informed of progress and completion
  • Strong quantitative and analytic skills with demonstrated success in analytic roles, examples include financial analysis, direct marketing, consulting, IT, statistical analytics, forecasting techniques, marketing studies, and optimization analytics.
  • Ability to communicate all analyses, findings, conclusions, and recommendations to relevant business, operating, and marketing constituents in the company; actively assist in the implementation of accepted recommendations.
  • Prepares analysis for measuring marketing performance across the properties including areas of database marketing, customer loyalty program, promotions, amenity offers, internet/social media engagement.


Qualifications:
  • Experience with SQL, SSIS, SSRS.
  • Experience loading, importing, and exporting data into and from databases.
  • Expertise with Reporting and dashboard creation in Salesforce.
  • Problem-solver with the ability to understand business issues and implement robust solutions.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and deadline-focused skill sets.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable for assigned work.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of mortgage experience preferred.
  • Experience communicating complex analytical results to all levels of employees within an organization.
  • Experience in operations analytics across multiple business units.
  • Knowledge of data structures, systems and BI tools/capabilities:
  • Skills with Cognos Analytics, MicroStrategy, Tableau or other querying tools required.
  • SQL (ability to interact with data in large databases through direct SQL command line syntax).
  • Must have advanced knowledge working with relational databases, ability to analyze and interpret data, strong knowledge of statistical modeling, and strong aptitude for data storytelling.
