    Role Overview



    As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will be the bridge between their clients and our technical team. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and configure Salesforce environments to maximize value.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and understanding their business challenges.
    • Conduct business analysis, refine requirements, and map processes (including UML/BPMN).
    • Configure Salesforce solutions (flows, process builder, etc.) and ensure seamless implementation.
    • Collaborate with senior developers and configurators to deliver high-quality managed services.
    • Advise on best practices for Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and nonprofit Salesforce packages.
    • Participate in solution architecture, estimations, and pre-sales activities as needed.
    • Provide proactive support, identifying opportunities for improvement in client environments.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Minimum 6 years' experience in Salesforce consulting.
    • Strong hands-on configuration skills; Apex coding knowledge is a plus but not required.
    • Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and nonprofit solutions.
    • Proven ability to conduct business analysis and translate requirements into technical solutions.
    • Dutch language skills required; English plus
    • Relevant Salesforce certifications (2-3 recommended).
    • Understanding of release management and DevOps concepts is a plus

    Compensation & Benefits

    What you'll be doing:



    • Configure and maintain Salesforce, including flows, automation, and declarative development.


    • Debug and resolve data-related issues raised by the business.


    • Challenge and optimise internal processes using Salesforce capabilities.


    • Support integrations with systems such as Slack, Tableau, and ERP (Certinia/FinancialForce experience is a strong advantage).


    • Collaborate closely with IT colleagues, including developers, scrum master, QA, and Azure specialists.

    The Role



    This is a senior, hands-on position combining Salesforce administration, business analysis, and system improvement. You'll be responsible for maintaining the platform, managing integrations, supporting users, and turning business requirements into well-designed Salesforce solutions.

    Key Responsibilities



    Salesforce Management & Optimization


    • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration, and support

    • Prepare reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decisions

    What You'll Need



    • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)


    • Strong configuration skills using Flows, Process Builder, and advanced admin tools


    • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions


    • Solid understanding of data models, permissions, and platform architecture


    • Exposure to integrations and API-based tools


    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience


    • Salesforce certifications (Admin / Advanced Admin / App Builder) are an advantage
