    Position Overview

    The Director, CRM & Sales Systems will oversee the strategy, development, and day-to-day management of the organization's sales technology ecosystem. This includes ownership of the Salesforce platform and other tools that support distribution, enablement, and operational effectiveness. The role is accountable for establishing a long-term vision for CRM capabilities, ensuring strong adoption, optimizing processes, improving data quality, and enabling reporting and analytics to support business growth.

    This leader will collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Relationship Management, Technology, Marketing, and Finance to understand business needs, refine workflows, and guide enhancements from concept through execution.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Oversee the development and implementation of sales enablement platforms.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the Salesforce ecosystem.
    - Analyze data to provide insights that improve sales operations and efficiencies.
    - Lead training programs to equip sales personnel with essential tools and knowledge.

    Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer to be a key contributor. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working in the office three days a week, providing an excellent opportunity to collaborate on impactful projects in New York, NY.

    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience across the Salesforce platform.
    - Utilize best practices in Salesforce development to ensure quality and efficiency.
    - Conduct testing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues quickly.
    - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications to enhance functionality.

    **Required Skills:**
    - 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience coding with Visualforce, Apex, triggers, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery) and other SFDC components.
    - 3 years of experience of Salesforce Object design, SOQL, and SOSL
    - 3 years of hands-on engineering experience in Java, .Net and/or python
    - Ability to use out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality as well as building a custom solution on top of the framework's building blocks.
    - Experience with Salesforce Deployment tools experience.
    - Experienced working with SQL.
    - Familiarity with REST APIs.
    - Excellent communication skills and a team player.
    - Experience authoring and designing a web-based API is a plus.
    - Angular and TypeScript knowledge is a plus
    - Familiarity with Application hosting (Docker) is a plus
