    JOB TITLE: Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, Cloud Developer

    JOB LOCATION: Remote, USA (with occasional travel to various locations)

    Primary Responsibilities

    The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, Cloud Developer collaborates with business stakeholders to develop a scalable architecture, vision, and strategy for Salesforce that supports optimal business outcomes. This role works closely with the Product team to prioritize backlog and ensures that the solution design meets defined acceptance criteria.

    Reporting to the Director of CRM Systems, the Solution Architect translates client requirements into architecture for key client needs. They understand project scope, validate resources, map business requirements to technical specifications, and ensure alignment with stakeholders' goals. This role requires the ability to act as an individual contributor/Senior Developer.

    Qualifications
    • 6+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem as a Solution Architect.
    • Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MBA.
    • Hands-on experience in business process mapping.
    • Understanding of overall Salesforce architecture and landscape.
    • Business requirement gathering, client interaction, analysis, and mapping to Salesforce product testing and features.
    • App Exchange Product Knowledge.
    • Requirements to Salesforce Functionality and development of scope, effort estimates, resource plans, and implementation timelines.
    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, especially Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud.
    • Extensive experience in CTI, Service Cloud features, Knowledge Management, Live Agent, and Entitlements.
    • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Omnichannel, Open CTI Salesforce methods.
    • Cross-training peers and mentoring teammates.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Service Cloud, General Configuration, etc.).
    • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience (APEX, Visualforce, Portals/Communities).
    • Deep understanding of technical capabilities, including Visualforce, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and APEX Web services.
    • Experience in designing and building cloud apps.
    • Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer, and Architect).
    • Primary Skills: Lightning/Aura, Integration Concepts, LWC.
    • Secondary Skills: Apex, JavaScript.

    Experiences and Skills:

    • Possessing over 3 years of marketing experience within a B2B technology company, with a particular emphasis on account-based marketing.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Pardot at an intermediate level for at least 3 years.
    • (Desirable) Previous marketing experience in the higher education and/or K-12 sector.
    • Recognized for being highly detail-oriented, a characteristic consistently attributed to you.
    • Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
    • A self-starter exhibiting strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and maintaining an overall positive attitude.
    • High personal integrity with a steadfast commitment to sound, ethical, moral, and legal business standards and practices.


    Technical Skills:

    • Extensive experience using and managing all functions of Pardot, encompassing Admin, Reports, Scoring, Segmentation, Content, Fields/Syncing, Forms, Engagement Studio, Emails, Prospects, and more.
    • (Desirable) Certified as a Pardot Specialist, with additional experience as a Pardot Consultant being a positive factor. Completion of certain Trailblazer courses is preferred.
    • (Desirable) Intermediate HTML/CSS coding skills, enabling troubleshooting, real-time edits, and discussions regarding significant design changes with our coding vendor.
    • (Desirable) Proficiency in responsive HTML email design and coding.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Sharepoint, and Teams.
