  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of email marketing campaigns with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to continuously enhance email marketing efforts.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements to streamline email campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to email deliverability, HTML/CSS rendering, and subscriber management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Maintain email marketing calendar and communicate campaign schedules and timelines effectively with relevant stakeholders.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing campaign execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM regulations, and GDPR compliance.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template design and customization.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization strategies.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights for optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
