    Advanced Development

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Design and build sophisticated Visualforce pages, custom controllers, and Lightning components using Apex and other Salesforce technologies.
    • Lead the development of complex integrations across the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
    • Create and maintain custom objects, code, and test methods to support various business processes and project requirements.
    • Establish and refine best practices for Salesforce technology deployments, ensuring effective project management and execution.
    • Engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand project goals, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and deliver data-driven solutions.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions by managing deadlines and providing clear, consistent communication on project progress.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record of complex project execution.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including SDLC, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies.
    • Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Proven ability to develop custom solutions and integrations within Salesforce.
    • Proficient in Salesforce administration, including User, Role, Profile management, Workflows, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, and Security configurations.
    • Experience with Salesforce Sandbox administration and deployment management.


    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services preferred.

    A well-established and expanding organisation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to strengthen its internal Salesforce capability. This is a senior, hands-on role with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and 3rd party integration's, playing a key part in shaping the technical future of the Salesforce platform.

    You'll support the technical direction of Salesforce-tackling existing technical debt, defining development best practices, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, you'll help drive improvements across the Salesforce estate while ensuring the long-term health and performance of the org.

    As the Salesforce technical authority, you'll be deeply involved in solution design and build, with particular emphasis on modern UI development using LWC and seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems via APIs and middleware.
