    We're seeking a Salesforce-focused Integration Engineer to join a small, collaborative team working on a long-term system integration initiative.

    This role takes ownership of the Salesforce side of the integration, working closely with an external vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow, visibility, and operational efficiency.

    The team is open to candidates based in NSW, with remote flexibility and occasional travel to a Regional NSW office for collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own Salesforce configuration and integration touchpoints for a new system integration.
    • Design, build, test and document Salesforce solutions supporting operational workflows.
    • Work with APIs and data integration patterns to enable seamless system communication.
    • Collaborate with vendor technical teams and internal stakeholders.
    • Support ticketing, visibility, and data flow across systems.

    Key Skills & Experience

    • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Admin / Engineer level).
    • Salesforce certification (minimum 1) highly preferred.
    • Proven experience working on system integrations (Salesforce-led).
    • Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and integration best practices.
    • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps preferred).
    • Ability to understand and work alongside vendor-led scripting (e.g. Python components), without needing to be a deep backend developer.
    • Strong communication skills and solid documentation discipline.

We're supporting a long-term digital transformation initiative within the public sector and are seeking a Cúram Developer to join a hybrid NYC team focused on Cúram CGISS and Outcome Management. This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity (40 hours/week) with a strong potential of conversion after 9-12 months, offering strong visibility and direct ownership of core Cúram systems.

    This role is ideal for a Cúram professional who combines deep technical expertise, hands-on CGISS development experience, and the ability to analyze, resolve, and enhance complex system workflows while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    What we're looking for:
    • 8+ years of Software Development Lifecycle experience
    • 5+ years working with Cúram CGISS and Outcome Management
    • Cúram certification (version 8+) or willingness to certify within 6 months
    • PMP certification required
    • Strong business analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience designing, developing, and implementing solutions to complex defects/issues
    • Ability to translate technical concepts to both IT and business audiences



    Preferred experience:
    • Hands-on system enhancements and Cúram case management
    • Use Cases, process flows, and gap analysis
    • Building strong customer relationships and independently driving solutions



    Work Details:

    Role Overview
