    Senior Salesforce Administrator / Business Systems Analyst

    We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to join a growing team and play a pivotal role in enhancing both the usability and functional performance of the Salesforce platform. This position sits at the intersection of business analysis, system optimization, and user experience design, supporting a moderately complex and evolving Salesforce environment.

    This individual will serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the platform delivers a seamless and intuitive end-user experience.



    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead end-to-end UI/UX optimization initiatives across Salesforce, with a focus on improving usability, adoption, and overall user satisfaction
    • Conduct detailed discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
    • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams
    • Own and enhance core system processes, including workflow automation, collections queues, and user-driven operational procedures
    • Partner with engineering and integration teams to support enhancements within an API-driven ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and efficient system interoperability
    • Drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder alignment

    Required Experience & Technical Skills
    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator within a dynamic, multi-user environment
    • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices within Salesforce Lightning Experience
    • Hands-on experience with declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, etc.)
    • Exposure to Visualforce and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC) is highly desirable
    • Experience working within API-heavy ecosystems, supporting integrations and data flows
    • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar platforms



    Ideal Candidate Profile
    • Hybrid background combining Business Systems Analysis and hands-on Salesforce Administration
    • Demonstrated experience leading discovery sessions and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple business units
    • Prior experience within financial services, leasing, or financing environments strongly preferred
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
    • Experience mentoring junior team members or contributing to team leadership initiatives is a plus
