    Freelance Talent Acquisition and BDR Specialist

    Location: Hybrid (Belgium-based ICT Consultancy)

    Daily Rate: Dependant on experience

    Role Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition & BDR Specialist to join their team. This hybrid role is essential for driving their business growth and ensuring they attract and retain top IT talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development and Recruitment, with a strong understanding of the consultancy landscape.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ICT sector.
    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.


    Talent Acquisition:
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future client demands.


    Requirements:
    • Up to 4 years of experience in a similar role, combining BDR and recruitment (highly desirable).
    • Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with strong proficiency in English.
    • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
    • Strong understanding of the IT consultancy market in Belgium.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
