    Sr. Salesforce Consultant- Remote- $60.00/HR- Great work-life balance

    One of my top Non-Profit Clients is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant who is versed in customising and implementing Salesforce solutions using the nonprofit success pack (NPSP). They are looking for a contractor to help drive their growing cloud consulting team and kick-start their first project! This will be a 6 month contract position with the possibility of extension as they have multiple projects in their pipeline.

    Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities
    • You will be a part of a team of consultants who deliver solutions on the Salesforce platform to nonprofit organizations.
    • You will be responsible to conduct discovery sessions with clients and document business requirements.
    • Must have professional experience with developing declarative configuration solutions.
    • You will be conducting data migrations, including but not limited to data analysis, mapping, validation, and uploading data to Salesforce.
    • You will provide data to the Project Manager for all full software development life-cycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, training, and deployment.


    Preferred Qualifications
    • 3 + years of hands-on Salesforce Consulting experience.
    • 3 + years of experience implementing Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
    • Must be Salesforce Certified, Salesforce Administrator preferred
    • 2 + years of experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow.
    • 2 + years minimum with hands-on integration of Salesforce AppExchange applications.


    This position offers a fully remote schedule with the ability to work in-person at their headquarters as well as the possibility of travelling to client sites in and around California.

    Job Summary of the HCM Consultant / Solutions Architect

    B&A is seeking a HCM Consultant / Solution Architect with implementation and application support experience. The position's primary responsibility will be to work on solution development for current and future opportunities.



    Required Qualifications of the HCM Consultant / Solutions Architect
    • At least 8 years of experience leading solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement)
    • Proven experience with at least one full implementation of PeopleSoft HCM functioning as a Business Process Lead or Lead Solution Architect
    • Five or more years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft configuration and PeopleTools including working with 3rd party interface tools
    • At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com is required.
    • At least 3 years of dynamic experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle HCM / CRM engagements.
    • Demonstrated experience developing solutioning content for winning proposals including for existing and new business opportunities ($50-$100mn TCV).
    • Proven experience conducting requirements gathering, solutioning sessions and developing implementation approaches to include documenting the solution in response to technical requirements (e.g., SOW, PWS, SOO, etc.) and proposal instructions.
    • Ability to participate in oral presentations, create BOEs, and work with graphics team to create conceptual diagrams to depict business process / technical solutions.
    • Ability to clearly communicate solution and Solution decisions internally and with the customer throughout each project.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If you have an Associate Degree, you must have a minimum of 10 years' work experience
    • An excellent work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity).
    • Customer-oriented and phenomenal at building client relationships
    • Experience supporting pre-sales activities expansive of participating in sales calls




    Bonus Points If:
    • You have certifications in Salesforce.com and other cloud platforms
    • You have experience mentoring more junior team members in business analysis, project management, Agile and Salesforce.com standard methodologies.
    • You have a DoD secret clearance

    Salesforce Developer/NetSuite Admin | $75-$95/hr | Remote

    I am working with a small East Coast medical device client hiring for a Salesforce Developer to work on their Salesforce and NetSuite platform on a 6-month contract. The client's project will require 40hrs/week and will likely convert to a permanent role after the end of the 6-month contract.

    As the Salesforce Developer, you would wear multiple hats as the Salesforce SME including work on the client's NetSuite ERP system.

    The right candidate will have strong experience in the following:
    • Technical experience with Salesforce Admin work (integrations/implementations)
    • Prior NetSuite ERP Admin experience
    • Work with internal and external partners using the client's SaaS platforms
    • Work in partnership with external IT infrastructure/application support teams to manage testing
    • Build hardware standards and user documentation for computer systems used across the enterprise
    • Implement and maintain a business system impact assessment to prioritize systems recovery

    Essential Duties

    General Responsibilities:

    The Central Region Salesforce Systems Analyst is responsible for these primary duties:

    Central Region overall product, integration management & support of the following systems: Delphi Sales & Event Management, Sertifi E-Signature and Payments, Duetto Revenue Management, SendSites E-Proposals, AHD Delphi Diagrams, Outlook integration, Property Management integrations, Meeting Broker lead portal integrations and SiteCore integrations
    Audit KPI outputs, ensure compliance with product usage standards, update records as needed.
    Work in tandem with Central Region sales teams to effectively manage client records
    Strategize with Central Region Sales Leadership on product utilization to drive group sales
    Collaborate with the team of Sales Analysts to identify, scope and deliver product enhancements that drive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ultimately sales growth
    Participate and/or lead training for Central Region Delphi user groups by job function
    Support the National Director of Sales and Alterra's B2B Brand efforts within Delphi
    Monitor and service internal support tickets for the Central Region within Delphi.
    Execute assigned project deliverables related to current and future product enhancements
    Required Qualifications

    The Central Region Salesforce Systems Analyst possesses high analytical and technical acumen, supports and represents system standards and principles that determine how the company is to achieve its revenue objectives. This individual:

    Has direct experience selling and executing group events in complex hotel or resort environments
    Is creative and persuasive in their approach to identifying and engaging stakeholders to drive product adoption
    Accountable for data validity
    Comprehends new systems and understands integrations in a fast paced, multi-faceted business, with multiple platforms, sales channels and products
